This position is integral to maintaining the efficient operation of our facilities by ensuring meticulous handling of deliveries, precise inventory management, and skillful product preparation, all while upholding a clean and safe work environment.

The TL;DR

• Mission: To ensure efficient facility operations through meticulous unloading and staging of deliveries, precise inventory management, skilled product assembly, and the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate: Work effectively with both internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Perform: Execute all essential Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions, including shipping, receiving, and dispatching, utilizing handheld scanning devices with precision.
• Unload: Receive inbound products from Distribution Centers and direct vendor shipments, such as appliances, grills, and Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE), promptly notifying leadership of any discrepancies or damages.
• Stage: Efficiently stage products for next-day deliveries and correctly put away future deliveries.
• Assemble: Complete assembly and pre-delivery inspection processes for various applicable products, including OPE, grills, and patio furniture.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Not Specified
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) functions, experience operating handheld scanning devices, and the ability to navigate internal systems such as MS Office, Blue Yonder, Genesis, and My Red Vest.
