This is a full-time management trainee position at Quikrete, where candidates must be willing and able to relocate upon program completion. Quikrete is a leading manufacturer of packaged cement and concrete products. The TL;DR
• Role: Trainee
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, Relocation required after training (typically 18-24 months)

• Mission: Develop future plant leadership by gaining hands-on experience in operations, personnel management, and business processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Learn and demonstrate the operation and function of all plant equipment within the manufacturing process.
• Administrative Roles: Perform and understand all plant and administrative roles, excluding commercial driving positions.
• Support: Provide operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs as required.
• Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports to support decision-making.
• Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree required for an entry-level career in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership capability, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation abilities). Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and strict quality standards.
• Bonus: Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
