Accounting and Finance Development Program – January 2027 | Precision Castparts

The Tone:
This is a two-year, rotational development program at Precision Castparts, located in various facilities across the U.S. Precision Castparts manufactures critical components and products for a range of industries, and this program aims to power the future by preparing emergent talent for leadership in Manufacturing Accounting/Finance. The role is designed for recent graduates seeking a high-velocity program with rich learning experiences.

• Mission: To prepare emergent talent for leadership roles in Manufacturing Accounting/Finance within the company’s facilities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Master fundamental manufacturing accounting and finance principles, including general and cost accounting.
• Conduct financial analysis and contribute to strategic improvements at a PCC facility during the first year.
• Participate in capital acquisitions, financial planning, and budgeting processes in a strategic role during the second year.
• Contribute to Internal Audit/SOX compliance and system implementations within a strategic capacity.
• Actively engage in 1:1 mentorship, participate in a comprehensive training suite, and collaborate on subjects to aid in career transitions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, preferably Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: A minimum of 12 credit hours of accounting. Prior co-op or internship experience in a relevant field.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Demonstrated leadership capacity through club, organization, or activity involvement.
• Bonus: A high level of interest in management and leadership roles. Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including the ability to work outside standard business hours as needed. Must be willing to relocate to various locations across the U.S., with an option to preference regions. Must be a U.S. Person.
