• Mission: Ensure the successful delivery and quality of VRF project installations through diligent tracking, monitoring, and technical coordination.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee the complete lifecycle of VRF systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Coordinate: Liaise effectively with external customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise: Direct and monitor all site activities, including work performed by subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor: Track project progress, maintain quality standards, uphold safety protocols, and manage all necessary project documentation.
• Resolve: Address technical issues promptly, provide solutions, create MIS reports for ongoing projects, and collect all required handover documents.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Engineering Degree. Career level: Manager. Core domain knowledge in project management within the HVAC sector, specifically VRF systems.
• Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience focusing on VRF system installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and providing training to channel partners or installers.
• Skills: Deep understanding of HVAC fundamentals, psychrometry, refrigeration cycle, and VRF system operation. Proficiency in refrigerant piping best practices and knowledge of controls with BMS integration. Strong capabilities in customer communication, vendor, and stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability in technical report writing.
