Entry-Level Manager Trainee | 84 Lumber

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Sales: Support customers and drive sales in a retail store environment.
• Operations Management: Oversee material flow, stock, and merchandising for store operations and inventory management.
• Estimation and Design: Create material estimates for building projects by reading blueprints.
• Equipment Operation: Safely handle materials and equipment through forklift operation and certification.
• Financial Administration: Perform business management tasks including payroll, invoicing, inventory, and financial analysis.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. No prior experience is needed for this entry-level position.
• Experience: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included). Willingness to learn and relocate for a management position is essential.
• Skills: Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports, reading blueprints and creating material lists, responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Bonus: Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
