• Mission: Prepare for leadership roles in consumer finance by acquiring hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Foundational Learning: Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within the consumer finance sector.
• Customer Relations: Develop long-term customer relationships by actively listening to customer needs and recommending the best service solutions.
• Sales & Service: Offer optional products to best serve new and existing customers, and contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Operational Support: Assist the Manager in daily tasks and contribute to exceeding established office goals.
• Management Development: Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload, analyzing loan documents, recruitment, staff development, and performance management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and be willing to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Skills: Aptitude for learning and developing proficiency in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations.
• Bonus: Prior experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
