What You’ll Actually Do
• Community Engagement: Directly engage with diverse community members at various retail locations and promotional events, acting as the primary point of contact for charitable campaigns.
• Charitable Representation: Professionally represent various charitable organizations, providing clear and compelling education to the public about their specific campaign initiatives and missions.
• Fundraising Support: Actively assist in supporter acquisition and contribute to fundraising efforts by clearly communicating campaign goals and facilitating contributions.
• Leadership Development: Participate in structured leadership and team development training, gaining practical experience and mentorship from experienced leaders to foster your professional growth.
• Event Operations: Provide comprehensive support for event setup, ensure smooth execution during campaigns, and assist with daily operational tasks as required to maintain efficiency and reach objectives.

• Background: Entry-Level. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a long-term career path within event marketing, community engagement, and fundraising, specifically aiming for leadership development.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is strictly required, however, any background in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, sales, or leadership roles is considered a valuable asset.
