• Location: In-person, Hertz Local Edition (HLE) locations
• Pay: $37440.00 yearly
• Team: Reports to local management within a Hertz Local Edition (HLE) team.
• Mission: Support location performance and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales & Customer Service: Drive location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences by learning and applying sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics, inventory control, and ensure compliance with store operations.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support the team with miscellaneous tasks including cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn financial processes, assist with deal completion, and understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow and support management in daily operations to build skills in team leadership, scheduling, performance coaching, and prepare for future leadership roles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager Trainee career level, preparing for a management role. High School Diploma or equivalent required, and must be 20 years of age or older.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license and experience working in a professional environment.
• Skills: Strong computer and multitasking abilities; excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivation, adaptability, and exceptional time management skills.
• Bonus: Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; presentable attire.
