The Tone:
This is a one-year hands-on training program, the Manager Potential Training Program (MPTP), designed for college graduates. Prudential Overall Supply has been deemed essential in providing best-in-class solutions for any business’ uniform and textile needs for over 90 years. This role is crucial for developing future leaders within our established organization, which boasts locations nationwide and offers opportunities for traveling assignments and potential relocation. The goal is to provide personal and professional development, equipping individuals for ongoing career growth within the company.

The TL;DR
• Role: Management Trainee
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, Nation-wide (travel & relocation expected)

• Mission: To train and develop college graduates to fill future management and leadership roles within the company’s operations, customer service, and sales divisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Training: Complete hands-on training in production and plant operations to understand the core mechanics of the supply business.
• Customer Service & Delivery: Learn the intricacies of customer service and route delivery, ensuring best-in-class solutions for clients.
• Corporate Sales Development: Gain experience in corporate sales, understanding strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
• Leadership Development: Participate in structured leadership training sessions with other program participants and seasoned company managers.
• Strategic Travel: Engage in traveling assignments to different locations, gaining exposure to various business environments and operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; Entry-level career stage.
• Experience: Previous work experience in a customer service, sales, or operational role; Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Skills: Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills; Clean driving record and commitment to adhering to DOT regulations; Ability to work in an industrial warehouse or cleanroom setting; Ability to work in and drive a company truck; Able to meet overall physical demands of the role.
