Manager Commercial Graduate Program Specialty Care | BioSpace
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Sanofi, initially involving a sales rotation that may require relocation, with subsequent rotations based at the Specialty Care headquarters in Cambridge, MA. Sanofi is a global healthcare leader and an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to discovering, developing, and distributing therapeutic solutions focused on patients’ needs. This position is part of the One Sanofi Leadership Development Program, which builds a leadership pipeline of early top talent. The role provides in-depth experiential learning over three years through diverse commercial and related functional rotations, specifically within the Specialty Care business unit, to make a real impact on patients’ lives globally.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Foundation: Complete an initial field-based sales rotation, providing a foundational understanding of Sanofi’s commercial engine and customer relationships.
• Strategy Development: Develop a long-term strategic view of disease area portfolios and contribute to budget and Strat-Plan coordination, including Leadership team presentations.
• Brand Management: Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies and tactical plans, while also identifying and communicating best practices across markets and functions.
• Pricing & Analytics: Support the development of optimal pricing strategies across indications, refine price potential assessments through research, and contribute to analytical and strategic projects like market models and forecasting.
• Business Development: Drive business development activities, including due diligence, financial valuation, strategic analysis of new opportunities, and deal negotiation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree and currently pursuing an MBA at an accredited college or university, with expected completion by Spring of 2027.
• Experience: Pre-program work experience, ideally in a relevant area to commercial pharmaceuticals such as biotechnology, finance, science, marketing, sales, healthcare consulting, or investment banking.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a solutions-oriented mentality, strong analytical abilities to package and present insights, and demonstrated ability to take action and challenge the status quo.
• Bonus: A desire to serve patients and a passion for patient care.
