• Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance in the Investor Relations & Strategic Finance department.
• Mission: This person manages key investor relations projects and leads strategic finance initiatives to drive long-term growth, competitive positioning, and operational success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Earnings Support: Support the quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings press releases, call scripts, financial outlooks, Q&A documents, and accompanying work.
• Financial Analysis: Perform financial, strategic, and competitive analyses, including industry and peer benchmarking, market/valuation trends, and ad-hoc projects to support strategic initiatives.
• Data Modeling: Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships, identify and synthesize key trends, and gain insight into critical metrics, drivers, and scalability.
• Investor Engagement: Collaborate on the execution of our annual Investor Day and investor sessions at customer conferences.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support high-impact corporate development and strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence and long-range planning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, coupled with a strong interest in equity market operations and stock drivers.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling skills and advanced valuation depth, capability to confidently discuss valuation frameworks for M&A and due diligence, foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
• Bonus: Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, cloud infrastructure, and subscription-based financial models, foundational to advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven product pipelines, and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
