Manager Trainee | Security Finance

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Security Finance, located in Marshfield, MO, providing support to surrounding cities including Lebanon, Mountain Grove, West Plains, and Rolla. This Manager Trainee position, referred to as “Manager in Waiting,” is a crucial stepping-stone to managing the overall operations of a financial branch office. • Mission: Oversee daily branch operations, drive team success, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve financial objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Develop, direct, train, and effectively manage branch personnel, working with the guidance and assistance of a supervisor to foster a successful team environment.
• Financial Integrity: Maintain the security and accuracy of office cash, ensuring all monetary transactions are handled efficiently and correctly.
• Business Growth: Achieve consistent account gain by applying proven loan judgment and executing effective customer solicitation strategies.
• Debt Minimization: Proactively minimize delinquent debt through comprehensive collection activities, utilizing both verbal and written communication methods.
• Operational Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the prompt and accurate completion of the entire loan process, meticulously report all branch financial figures to the corporate office for accounting purposes, and guarantee strict compliance with all state and federal lending regulations, as well as Company policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An aspiring manager-level professional, confident in leading a team and prepared to oversee the full scope of financial branch operations, with a strong foundation in delivering exceptional customer service and adept problem-solving skills.
• Experience: Possess previous management experience that demonstrates leadership capabilities, alongside prior customer service experience highlighting strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Skills: Exhibit top-of-the-line communication skills. Ensure steadfast compliance with state and federal lending regulations and all Company policies. Demonstrate computer literacy, the ability to accurately operate a ten-key calculator, possess basic mathematical skills, and handle simple monetary transactions quickly and precisely. Must hold a valid driver’s license and have daily access to a reliable automobile for essential business use, such as delivering bank deposits and conducting marketing visits. The ability to obtain any necessary licenses, certifications, and/or governmental approvals to provide ancillary products and services, as applicable, is also required. Furthermore, candidates must be able to work effectively in a stressful environment and consistently adhere to strict timelines and/or deadlines.
• Bonus: Previous finance experience is considered a significant advantage for this role.
