General Manager in Training | EōS Fitness

The Tone:
This is a full-time training role for EōS Fitness, involving in-person work across various gym locations. • Pay: $58656 yearly
• Team: Works closely with Regional, District, and Gym Managers; does not have direct reports but influences KPIs.
• Mission: Develops the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to lead and manage operations within the fitness environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboarding: Participate in a structured onboarding program, up to six weeks for external candidates, focused on Sales leadership development.
• Operations: Gain hands-on experience in gym operations, including scheduling, reporting, data analysis, daily activity planning, and maintaining equipment and cleanliness standards.
• Leadership Shadowing: Shadow gym managers to observe daily leadership practices and understand team collaboration dynamics.
• Sales Support: Support various sales initiatives, encompassing membership sales, upselling efforts, and achieving Key Performance Indicators.
• Acting Roles: Potentially step into acting managerial roles for a day or shift under supervision as a practical learning experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial level experience, preferably in the fitness or customer service industry.
• Experience: A minimum of six months in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with a proven capacity to inspire and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Bonus: Strong interest in fitness, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the U.S.
