This is a full-time, in-person Manager in Training (MIT) role within multiple markets across the United States, requiring relocation. Homeland Talent Solutions has partnered with a nationally recognized leader in commercial renewable energy distribution that operates over 100 locations. The company supports commercial and utility-scale renewable energy projects nationwide, providing products and expertise for the country’s growing clean energy infrastructure. This accelerated program prepares ambitious individuals to lead a branch, manage a high-performing team, and operate a multi-million-dollar business.

• Team: Reports to branch leadership within a rotational program, receiving mentorship.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Development: Develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and customers.
• Operations Management: Learn daily branch operations, including warehouse management, distribution processes, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Financial Acumen: Build financial knowledge by learning budgeting, profit and loss management, pricing strategies, and overall branch performance.
• Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination and execution for commercial and utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Leadership Development: Strengthen customer relationship management skills and develop leadership, coaching, and team management abilities through hands-on experience and mentorship.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. This is an early-career role designed for future branch managers in the commercial renewable energy distribution sector. Willingness to relocate during the program and authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship are required.
• Experience: No specific years required for this accelerated program; it is suitable for recent graduates and early-career professionals. Preferred experience includes customer service, sales, account management, or business development.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. A competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, coupled with an entrepreneurial attitude for business growth and problem-solving. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, along with a valid driver’s license.
• Bonus: Demonstrated leadership experience from collegiate athletics, student organizations, military service, entrepreneurial ventures, internships, or previous professional roles. Proven ability to demonstrate resilience, accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in leadership and branch management.
