The TL;DR

• Pay: $55000–$63000 yearly
• Mission: Develop into a branch leader, manage a high-performing team, and operate a multi-million-dollar business in renewable energy.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Development: Cultivate new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and customers.
• Operations Management: Manage daily branch operations, including warehouse management and distribution processes.
• Inventory & Supply Chain: Oversee inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Financial Acumen: Develop financial acumen by learning budgeting, profit and loss management, and pricing strategies.
• Leadership Development: Strengthen leadership, coaching, and team management skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience, targeting recent graduates and early-career professionals.
• Experience: No specific years required, but prior experience in customer service, sales, account management, or business development is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to motivate and influence others; competitive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset; excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities; strong desire to learn, accept coaching, and continuously develop professionally.
• Bonus: Leadership experience through collegiate athletics, student organizations, military service, entrepreneurial ventures, internships, or previous professional experience; proven ability to demonstrate resilience, accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic; a valid driver’s license; authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship; a genuine interest in building a long-term career in leadership and branch management.
