This is a full-time training role at MOM’s Organic Market, focusing on developing future leaders across its regional store network. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Training Program
• Location: In-person, multiple regional locations (up to 1 hour commute expected)
• Pay: $24 hourly
• Mission: To train and develop future leaders for department and store management roles at MOM’s Organic Market.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership Development: Participate in a structured 12-month (or shorter) Manager In Training program, with an Individual Development Plan and consistent coaching.
• Operational Proficiency: Master key tasks integral to leadership, such as inventory ordering and creating staff schedules.
• Cross-Store Experience: Work in a minimum of two stores to gain exposure to varying sales volumes, management styles, and unique location-specific challenges.
• Environmental Impact: Positively affect the store environment and customer experience through leadership and problem-solving.
• Career Advancement: Progress upon program completion to roles like Department Manager or Assistant General Manager, with opportunities for store leadership and beyond.

• Background: Entry-level management training; open to candidates from any educational background, industry, or prior experience level, provided they have a track record of success.
• Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in previous roles or endeavors.
