The Tone:
This is a comprehensive, full-time Manager In Training role at MOM’s Organic Market, situated across various store locations that require up to an hour of commute. What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership Development: Engage in leadership training as the primary focus of the program.
• Individual Development Planning: Collaborate to formulate an Individual Development Plan (IDP) with specific learning goals.
• Progress Tracking: Participate in regularly scheduled check-ins to monitor and track development progress.
• Operational Mastery: Master essential operational tasks, including accurate ordering and efficient schedule writing.
• Multi-Store Exposure: Work in a minimum of two stores to gain experience with varying sales volumes and management styles, addressing unique challenges.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager in Training career level. MOM’s prioritizes attitude and work ethic above extensive prior experience or specific educational background, warmly welcoming candidates from any industry or schooling level as it has faith in people’s potential. This role is designed to develop core domain knowledge in grocery operations.
• Experience: A proven track record of success in any previous professional capacity. Demonstrated adaptability to work within varying sales volumes, adjust to diverse management styles, and effectively address unique operational challenges encountered across different MOM’s locations.
