The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Infinitek Limited, located in Austin, Texas. Infinitek Limited is an infrastructure developer building a rapidly scaling data center platform. This Manager role is central to deal execution and capital strategy, enabling a transition from advisory to principal-side work within an operating environment. The successful candidate will be critical in developing financial models, supporting capital raises, and executing transactions in collaboration with senior leadership and external capital providers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain robust financial models for projects and the overall portfolio, including cash flow, capital structure, and return profile analysis.
• Project Financing: Structure project-level debt and equity financing, evaluating alternatives and preparing materials for lenders and investors.
• Transaction Management: Lead the execution of financing transactions from due diligence through closing, coordinating all internal and external parties.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with development and operations teams to provide financial inputs for pricing analysis and contract evaluations.
• Capital Markets: Engage with banks, lenders, and investors, assisting with ongoing reporting, compliance deliverables, and monitoring market trends.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; this Manager-level role requires a foundation in Investment Banking, Project Finance, or Infrastructure Finance.
• Experience: 1.5–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Project Finance, or Infrastructure Finance, preferably at the Analyst level or equivalent, with a focus on transactions, capital raises, or structured finance; prior experience in infrastructure, energy, power, or data centers is a plus.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling abilities, with a hands-on technical approach; proven analytical and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Bonus: A background in Investment Banking; a strong technical skillset and willingness to perform detailed work; an ownership mentality; interest in transitioning from advisory to principal-side execution.
