The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career role initially listed in Cambridge, MA, though rotations for the program may require relocation. What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Foundation: Gain a foundational, field-based understanding of the commercial engine and customer relationships through an initial sales rotation.
• Strategy Development: Develop long-term strategic views for disease area portfolios and contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies and tactical plans.
• Market Access & Pricing: Support the team with the development of optimal pricing strategies across indications and conduct research on pricing strategies in major markets.
• Business Development: Drive business development activities, including diligence, modeling, business case development, and financial valuation of new opportunities.
• Project & Performance Management: Coordinate budget and strategic planning activities, build materials for internal governance reviews, and develop, track, and be responsible for programs and key performance metrics for a brand.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; currently pursuing an MBA at an accredited college or university with the expectation to complete the degree by Spring of 2027. Early-career talent.
• Experience: Not explicitly stated as years required; basic qualification focuses on current MBA pursuit.
• Skills: Willingness to relocate for sales and headquarters-based rotations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and a solutions-oriented approach with an ability to collaborate across boundaries.
