What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including the development of integrated 3-statement models, comprehensive cash flow models, and detailed scenario analyses utilized to support strategic decision-making across various client types.
• Translate: Translate diverse client objectives into structured analytical approaches, which includes defining key drivers, critical assumptions, and essential outputs to ensure practical insight.
• Evaluate: Evaluate business initiatives and financial alternatives, such as capital raises, intricate recapitalizations, potential acquisitions, and organic growth strategies, providing support for transactions and operational performance.
• Manage: Manage day-to-day engagement execution, including overseeing timelines, ensuring timely delivery of outputs, and coordinating effectively with internal team members and client stakeholders.
• Mentor: Mentor and develop junior team members, providing essential guidance on sophisticated modeling techniques, analytical processes, and supporting their professional development within the practice.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related field. This Manager-level role demands core domain knowledge gained from relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Experience: Possess 5+ years of relevant professional experience. This includes advanced proficiency in financial modeling, demonstrating the ability to build models from first principles and apply them effectively to real-world business scenarios, alongside a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the capability to build, review, and manage complex financial models efficiently. Ability to develop clear, client-ready presentations using PowerPoint, coupled with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a demanding, client-service environment.
• Bonus: Professional certifications such as a CPA, CFA, CMA, or an MBA degree are considered a significant plus for this role.
