Management Trainee | Enterprise
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Enterprise, located in Southfield, MI. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands. They manage a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and offer extensive services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, and retail car sales, across a network of over 9,500 locations. As a Management Trainee, you are essential to serving customers and partners, mastering business operations, and cultivating new business to progress towards running your own branch within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners within a neighborhood branch.
• Master business knowledge and operational skills through a structured, hands-on learning program.
• Cultivate new business and develop your team with guidance and support.
• Establish relationships within the community essential for building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree completed prior to the start date. This is an entry-level position focused on management training.
• Experience: At least 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, and/or leadership/management. This experience can include leadership in organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service, athletics, or military service.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years; no drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship. Must be at least 18 years old.
