Management Trainee | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Enterprise, located in Winston-Salem, NC or surrounding locations. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of comprehensive mobility solutions, operating brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. They manage a vast fleet of vehicles and offer services ranging from car rental to fleet management, making travel more convenient for customers. As a Management Trainee, you will be instrumental in learning the foundational business operations and customer service that enable the company to deliver its extensive services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, ensuring positive interactions and service delivery.
• Operations Management: Execute daily operational tasks from behind-the-scenes, ensuring efficient branch functionality.
• Business Development: Cultivate new business opportunities and establish community relationships essential for growth.
• Team Development: Learn to guide and mentor a team, developing the leadership capabilities needed to manage a branch.
• Business Acumen: Acquire proficiency in sales, marketing, finance, and operational strategies to contribute to business success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; Entry-Level career with foundational experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Experience: At least 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, or leadership/management. Leadership experience can include roles in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service.
• Skills: Ability to work an average of 47 hours per week; Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; No drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past 5 years; Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
