The Tone:
This is an entry-level Management Trainee position for the Pathfinder Global Initiative, located in Saint Paul, MN. LESSO Group is a global leader in piping solutions, operating in multiple sectors including building materials, home furnishings, and new energy. This role is crucial for cultivating future international leaders and expanding the company’s global presence by establishing new sales offices and teams in strategic foreign markets.

The TL;DR
• Role: Management Trainee
• Location: In-person, Saint Paul, MN
• Mission: To train and develop future sales managers who will establish and lead LESSO’s sales operations in new international markets, specifically Saint Paul, MN.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Undertake a comprehensive six-week training program in China as part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
• Master: Quickly learn and become proficient with all LESSO products during the training period.
• Manage: Upon successful completion of the program, return to Saint Paul, MN, to assume the role of sales manager.
• Develop: Strategically grow the local business in Saint Paul, MN, by effectively utilizing the Group’s comprehensive resources.
• Lead: Oversee LESSO’s operations in Saint Paul, MN, including managing and guiding a local sales team of 10 individuals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience: Familiarity with the metropolitan area of Saint Paul, MN.
• Skills: Proficient in Chinese; Eagerness to learn and master new product knowledge quickly; Excellent problem-solving skills; Demonstrated potential to lead operations and manage a team.
• Bonus: Preferably holds a degree from a university located within the Saint Paul, MN area.
