The TL;DR

• Location: Independence, KS
• Pay: $47500–$55547 yearly
• Mission: This person will learn the business from day one, serving customers, acting as an operational expert, and developing skills to run a branch, cultivate business, and lead a team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Learn and eventually manage the daily operations of a branch location.
• Grow: Cultivate new business opportunities and establish key community relationships.
• Lead: Develop, mentor, and lead your own team to achieve business goals.
• Serve: Provide excellent customer service while mastering behind-the-scenes operational expertise.
• Excel: Gain comprehensive training and excel in sales, marketing, finance, and operational functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree; early career focus.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
• Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; strong aptitude for sales, marketing, and business operations.
