This is a full-time Management Training Program with Enterprise Mobility, located in Santa Fe, NM. • Pay: $52539.76–$61500 yearly
• Mission: To develop into a branch manager capable of overseeing operations, growing business, and effectively leading a team within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Represent Enterprise Mobility to both customers and business partners, ensuring excellent service and fostering vital relationships.
• Operational Mastery: Immerse yourself in the business from day one, mastering crucial behind-the-scenes operational expertise within a neighborhood branch.
• Business Development: Actively engage with the local community to establish key relationships, cultivating new business opportunities for the branch.
• Leadership Development: Acquire the essential knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage your own branch and develop a successful team through a structured program.
• Strategic Training: Receive comprehensive instruction in Customer Service Excellence, Sales and Marketing Strategies, Financial Management, and Operational Efficiency, emphasizing customer prioritization and competitive success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience: Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Skills:
1. Current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years.
2. Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Enterprise Mobility for this position now or in the future.
3. Ability to currently live in Santa Fe, NM, or have concrete plans to relocate within the next 30 days.
