This is a full-time Management Training role at Enterprise Mobility, with positions likely located in the Owings Mills, Reisterstown, Pimlico, or Westminster areas of Maryland. • Pay: $55300–$58000 yearly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Learning: Start by learning the intricate details of Enterprise’s business operations from day one, based within a local neighborhood branch.
• Customer & Partner Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact, expertly managing customer interactions and collaborating with partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Market Engagement: Actively engage with the local community to build essential relationships and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Core Business Functions: Receive structured training and hands-on experience in critical areas including customer service, sales, marketing strategies, financial management, and daily operations.
• Future Leadership: Develop the comprehensive knowledge and practical skills necessary to effectively run your own branch and mentor a team, contributing to the company’s competitive environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree required. This role is suited for early career professionals seeking a structured management training program with significant growth potential.
• Experience: Must possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience, within the last six years, across at least two of the following domains: sales, customer service within a service industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center), a leadership position in the military or recognized clubs/organizations, or active participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
• Skills: Requires a valid US driver’s license held for at least one year with a satisfactory driving record (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI in the last 3 years); must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship from the company. Additionally, candidates must currently reside in or be prepared to relocate to the Baltimore area or Carroll County within 30 days of employment.
