The Tone:

This program is a structured opportunity for motivated individuals to jumpstart their professional journey by gaining comprehensive insights into various aspects of Cintas’s business operations, including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, working closely with experienced leaders. What You’ll Actually Do
• Departmental Rotations: Rotate through different departments within the company, immersing yourself in the business from a leadership perspective to understand core operations.
• Sales Engagement: Engage in active outside sales activities, promoting Cintas’s diverse range of products and services while proactively building and nurturing customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently addressing inquiries from clients and promptly resolving any issues that may arise.
• Business Analysis: Analyze pertinent sales data and contribute to making informed business decisions that drive operational efficiency and growth.
• Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate directly with key leaders on various projects specifically related to sales management and broader operational efficiency initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Entry-Level role. Candidates must have, or be on track to obtain within six months, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are strictly required. However, preferred qualifications include prior co-op or internship experience in relevant areas such as Customer Service, Sales, Production, or an Administrative capacity.
• Skills: An active driver’s license is a mandatory requirement for this role, enabling necessary travel for sales activities, customer visits, and other operational duties.
• Bonus: Preference is given to candidates with an academic major in business or a related field, those who have held leadership or management roles in campus organizations or extracurricular activities, and individuals demonstrating a willingness to relocate regionally during or at the conclusion of the program.
