What You’ll Actually Do
• Immerse: Rotate through various departments to gain a leadership perspective on core business functions.
• Sell: Promote Cintas products and services through outside sales activities and cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Serve: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Analyze: Support informed business decisions by analyzing sales data and contributing insights.
• Collaborate: Work with key leaders on projects aimed at enhancing sales management and operational efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required within six months of hire. This is an entry-level program designed for professional career development in business operations and leadership.
• Experience: No specific years of prior work experience are required.
• Skills: Ability to meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including having an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing previous employment documentation prior to the first day of employment.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles; an academic major in business or a related field; a leadership/management role on campus or in related extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
