The TL;DR

• Pay: $22.17 hourly + performance-based bonus
• Team: Collaborates closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Support the achievement of operational goals and contribute to greater efficiency and shared success within the team.
• Business Acumen: Gain insights into key business areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Core Operations: Work in the day-to-day business to understand all aspects of core operations, from sales to fleet operations.
• Skill Development: Develop further through training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies.
• Leadership Mentorship: Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership directly on the job.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, or Management.
• Experience: At least one year of driving experience.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English, a proactive attitude for independent problem-solving and ownership, and agile flexibility for required work and travel within the United States.
• Bonus: Proficiency in other languages.
