The TL;DR

• Mission: To proficiently understand the Company’s operations, provide feedback for efficiencies, and learn supervisory responsibilities to support management across various departments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Learning: Learn and assist multiple departments and positions as needed, including Operations, Safety, Driver Recruiting, Pricing & Analytics, Maintenance/Shop, and off-site Operations, to understand how the Company operates.
• Process Improvement: Provide constructive feedback and valuable suggestions focused on enhancing process efficiencies and overall operational improvements.
• Management Support: Work collaboratively with managers post-training to provide essential backup support and assistance as needed across various functions.
• Supervisory Development: Learn to perform supervisory responsibilities to effectively manage personnel and drivers through coaching, planning, assigning work, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and training employees.
• Relocation and Travel: Travel and/or relocate as necessary to gain additional training and to learn and assist with operations at other company locations.

• Background: Entry-Level. A foundational commitment to understanding complex company operations and contributing to process improvement.
• Experience: No specific prior years of experience required; demonstrated ability to learn and assist across diverse departments and positions.
• Skills:
• Ability to proactively provide feedback and suggest process efficiencies and improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive work relationships and effectively manage personnel.
• Capacity to receive and carry out instructions efficiently while maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Aptitude for problem-solving, including addressing complaints and resolving operational issues.
• Flexibility and adaptability, including a willingness to travel and/or relocate for training and operational assignments.
