The Tone:
This is an entry-level rotational program at Essent, located in Radnor, PA. Essent serves the housing finance industry by offering private mortgage insurance, reinsurance, risk management products, and title insurance and settlement services. This role provides hands-on experience in the Mortgage and Title Insurance business, offering significant growth potential and preparing individuals for future essential positions within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain: Practical experience across multiple business functions, including Business Development and Operations, to understand customer experience and business processes.
• Develop: Leadership, business strategy, and problem-solving skills through structured training, development, and mentorship opportunities.
• Contribute: As an individual, taking ownership of assigned projects and tasks within each rotational assignment.
• Improve: Business performance by analyzing data and providing ongoing feedback and recommendations for processes and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate: With cross-functional teams to support daily operations, contribute to strategic initiatives, and present a special project to senior leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Sales, or a related business field.
• Experience: High academic performance and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to adapt and learn quickly, and capability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Interest or experience in mortgage, real estate, title, or financial services institutions.
