What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership Development: Observe and learn from experienced management team members to develop leadership, operational, and decision-making skills.
• Policy Application: Understand and apply bank policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and administrative guidelines across various operational areas.
• Operational Knowledge: Develop a working knowledge of back-office banking functions, including deposit operations, loan processing, and internal reporting.
• System Navigation: Learn to navigate and support core banking systems, digital banking platforms, and other internal software applications.
• Team Support: Assist with staff scheduling, task coordination, and serve as a communication liaison between branch staff, departments, and leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or GED required, with a strong interest in a career in banking, operations, and leadership.
• Experience: No specific prior years of experience required; proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key, and internet utilization is essential.
• Skills: Strong independent problem-solving abilities, mathematical competency, and the capacity to discuss complex subjects with clarity and tact.
