• Mission: Develop and implement actions to protect company assets and profitability while managing business situations through trend analysis and proactive recommendations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Actively engage in a structured formal training program, which encompasses comprehensive classroom instruction, attendance at lectures, observation of guest speakers, and the creation of various projects and oral presentations, all culminating in required tests and periodic evaluations to achieve a passing score in all areas and continue in the program.
• Operational Support: Collaborate directly with other managers to strategically plan and effectively direct the overall work of the organization, contribute to the establishment of key policies, and rigorously evaluate the output of various work streams to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Cross-functional Development: Systematically rotate through a variety of essential company departments, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel, to gain a broad organizational perspective and develop familiarity with handling established accounts.
• Business Analysis: Utilize and interpret company reports to thoroughly analyze sales performance, gross profit margins, and inventory activity, enabling the identification of critical trends and the recommendation of proactive or remedial actions to effectively manage diverse business situations.
• Strategic Contribution: Monitor and meticulously analyze market activity, including competitive price lists and products, to report key insights to management and work collaboratively with leadership to develop and implement strategic actions that safeguard company assets and enhance overall profitability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture, engineering, industrial management, or a related field.
• Experience: Bring 1 or more years of relevant professional experience, with military experience or an internship being preferred; alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma/GED and 4-5 years of plant or production management experience are considered.
• Skills: Demonstrate excellent mechanical ability, strong math skills, and good computer proficiency.
• Bonus: Exhibit superior time management and organizational skills, along with exceptional written and oral communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
