What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Immersion: Rotate through various core departments such as Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management to gain in-depth knowledge of our business from a leadership perspective.
• Customer Engagement: Actively engage in outside sales activities, promoting Cintas’s products and services while strategically building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
• Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze sales data and other operational metrics to assist experienced managers and key leaders in making informed business decisions that enhance efficiency and growth.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate directly with key leaders on diverse projects focused on improving sales management strategies and optimizing overall operational efficiency across departments.
• Professional Advancement: Access and participate in significant professional development opportunities, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits, designed to cultivate advanced leadership skills and prepare for career advancement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or be on track to obtain one within six months, signifying readiness for an entry-level professional role focused on management development.
• Experience: Required to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) qualifications for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs, which includes being at least 21 years of age, holding an active driver’s license, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing previous employment documentation.
• Skills: A strong aptitude for developing leadership capabilities, demonstrated customer service skills, and an analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and contributing to business insights.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include prior co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative functions; an academic background with a business or related major; or active participation in leadership/management roles through campus or extracurricular activities.
