What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise, embodying the company’s face to customers and partners within a neighborhood branch.
• Operational Oversight: Function as the behind-the-scenes operational expert, entrusted with learning and mastering the daily workings of the business.
• Business Leadership: Gain the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully manage your own branch, cultivate new business ventures, and develop your team effectively.
• Community Relationship Building: Actively engage with the local community to establish and nurture relationships essential for sustained business growth.
• Comprehensive Business Training: Receive hands-on guidance and mentoring to excel in critical areas such as customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and overall branch operations, all within a culture of friendly competition.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree; this is an entry-level program designed for early career professionals aiming for management.
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 months experience within the past 5 years in either sales and customer service (including commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry) or in a leadership capacity (such as military service, athletics/team activities, or participation in community, social, or academic organizations).
• Skills: Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on record in the past 5 years. Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from Enterprise Mobility, now or in the future, is also a requirement. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
