What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Foundation: Learn the business from day one while based in a neighborhood branch.
• Customer Relations: Serve as the primary contact for Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Operational Oversight: Function as the behind-the-scenes expert for operational processes.
• Business Growth: Establish community relationships essential for building and growing your own business.
• Skill Development: Master customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations through hands-on learning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Enterprise now or in the future.
