• Business Acumen: Develop an understanding of the business operations alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
• Career Preparation: Prepare to assume a management role within the company in the near future.
• Skill Development: Strengthen organizational, communication, and time management skills through practical experience.
• Management Experience: Gain direct hands-on management experience as part of the 12-week program.
