What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Transactions: Process ETD & OTC Derivatives transactions, managing products from setup through to expiration.
• Monitor and Correct: Monitor and process pending items, actively correcting discrepancies during daily workflow.
• Conduct Investigations: Launch investigations, prepare necessary documents, provide information, and compose correspondence with stakeholders.
• Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve technical and settlement issues with the aid of a reconciliation tool.
• Collaborate with Teams: Interact with client relationship teams and other front and middle office teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position with a focus on client service orientation and risk awareness within operations.
• Experience: No previous professional experience is required, though any prior experience would be considered an asset.
• Skills: Well-organized with excellent attention to detail, fluent in English (both spoken and written), good communication and relationship building skills, and capable of taking responsibility while staying focused on objectives with a can-do attitude.
• Bonus: Knowledge of another language; curiosity to explore how AI can improve workflows, validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
