• A 12-week hands-on training program specifically designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management.
• Aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Menards’ business operations.
• The ultimate goal is to prepare interns to transition into a management role in the near future.

• Working alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
• Gaining hands-on management experience.
