Internship – Rotational Management Training Program | Hajoca Corporation

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational management training program at Hajoca Corporation, requiring regional flexibility and potential relocation. Hajoca Corporation, established in 1858, is a large organization distributing plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies through a decentralized business model. This program aims to attract, develop, and retain future world-class leaders who will ultimately run their own business units as Profit Center Managers, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, Regional (may require relocation)
• Pay: $17 hourly
• Mission: Prepare individuals to run their own business as a Profit Center Manager within Hajoca’s decentralized model.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Master every aspect of distributing plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies through extensive training.
• Rotate: Move through various job functions across all business parts in a rigorous program.
• Support: Work with a dedicated team on tasks ranging from warehouse operations to financial reporting and business generation.
• Lead: Make entrepreneurial decisions regarding hiring, product selection, pricing, and customer engagement as a future Profit Center Manager.
• Develop: Grow into a successful business leader capable of independently running your own profit center.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree with a solid GPA for an entry-level management training program.
• Experience: No specific years required; entry-level work experience is a plus.
• Skills: Possess the ability and willingness to work and potentially relocate within the region; demonstrate a strong desire to lead a team and operate a business; exhibit proven leadership across professional, educational, or social experiences; perform a wide range of tasks utilizing both interpersonal and critical-thinking abilities.
• Bonus: Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service.
