This is a full-time role at VyStar Credit Union, located in Metro Jacksonville. What You’ll Actually Do
• Expand: Rapidly expand business acumen and leadership capabilities through an accelerated learning and development experience.
• Build: Build critical business relationships through a series of rotations across major business groups.
• Rotate: Rotate across diverse business areas including Member Services, Lending, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Investments, Marketing, Business Strategy, Human Resources, and Information Technology / Analytics & Project Management.
• Accelerate: Accelerate your career growth within VyStar’s organization over a two-year program duration.
• Align: Be aligned to roles that match your aspirations and strengths, as well as VyStar’s business needs, upon program completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates currently within 6 months of completion of their degree will be considered. All majors are accepted.
• Experience: 1-9 years of experience is preferred. Individual contributors, Supervisors, and Assistant Managers will be considered. Military experience and/or Veteran’s status is valued. Active involvement in college life and community service is desired.
• Skills: Strong learning agility, teamwork, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others. Must be willing to travel throughout VyStar’s network.
• Bonus: A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
