Manager In Training – Fargo, ND | Touchmark

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Touchmark, located in Fargo, ND. The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Type: Full-time (30+ hours/week, including occasional weekends and evenings)
• Location: In-person, Fargo, ND

• Mission: Learn Touchmark operations and lead by Touchmark’s values to assume a management role within a senior living community.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Touchmark operations across all functional departments of a senior living community.
• Lead: Develop strong leadership skills by working directly with experienced community leaders throughout the program.
• Embody: Practice Touchmark’s core values of being an Ally, A Friend, and A Giver in all daily tasks and interactions.
• Present: Gain confidence and proficiency in delivering oral presentations to small and large groups.
• Prepare: Train for and assume a management role within a Touchmark community upon completion of the 18-month to two-year program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership skills, evidenced by leadership positions in work, school/athletics, or volunteer organizations.
• Skills: Ability to relocate to any Touchmark location upon program completion; comfort in giving oral presentations to groups; willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings as necessary; demonstrated empathy toward others.
• Bonus: A desire to work in the hospitality or service industry, or a specific interest in working with seniors.
