2027 Management Associate Program (MAP) – Management Associate II | Credit One Bank
The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational leadership development program at Credit One Bank, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Credit One Bank is a financial services company focusing on the credit card industry, employing over a thousand individuals. This program is designed to recruit and cultivate a pipeline of top-tier master’s graduates, equipping them with the diverse skills and experiences necessary to become future leaders across the bank’s operations. The role is critical for building future leadership and management capabilities within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Gain broad business exposure through a series of four structured rotations across key business areas and critical functions.
• Develop: Acquire skills, business acumen, and strategic perspective through meaningful project work and engagement in strategic initiatives.
• Interact: Cultivate comprehensive networking and mentorship opportunities with senior leadership and experts across different areas of the bank.
• Apply: Leverage diverse skills and fresh perspectives on real-world projects, helping each rotational team achieve its strategic goals and objectives.
• Adapt: Quickly acclimate to new teams, technologies, and business challenges, fostering a flexible and resilient mindset.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed a Master’s degree or MBA in a quantitative or technical discipline by January 2027, as a recent graduate (August 2025 – January 2027). Must hold a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in pursuit of the Master’s Degree. Earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, decision science, data science, mathematics, information management, information systems, computer science, computer engineering, or statistics.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of related work experience.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, quantitative analysis, financial principles, data science methodologies, information systems management, computer science fundamentals.
• Bonus: Three to five (3-5) years of work experience in the consumer credit card industry, three to five (3-5) years of work experience in financial services, or previous managerial experience.
