This is a part-time M&A Legal Intern position at SRS Acquiom, available as a hybrid role based out of Denver, CO, or fully remote, with an anticipated start date in Summer 2026. This role is crucial for assisting a top-tier team of M&A attorneys, offering exposure to high-profile deals and contributing to the legal support that underpins the company’s service delivery.

• Mission: Assist M&A counsel with reviewing complex agreements, conducting legal research, and developing internal resources to ensure smooth transactional processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Review legal agreements: Assist M&A counsel with reviewing various transactional agreements, including acquisition, escrow, paying agent, and engagement letters.
• Draft legal memoranda: Research and draft internal memoranda on diverse M&A legal topics.
• Develop thought leadership content: Support M&A counsel in developing thought leadership articles and resources.
• Create internal resources: Draft and implement internal resources to support legal counsel and business functions.
• Manage ad hoc tasks: Complete other duties as assigned to support the legal team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently a 2L or 3L student with a strong academic record from a nationally ranked, accredited law school.
• Skills: Ability to review and understand complex agreements quickly and carefully, communicate precisely, and solve problems when unexpected issues arise.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Bonus: Completion of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and/or contract drafting courses; transactional legal experience.
