Core Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Standardization: Create/update standard work, flowcharts, and visuals that help partners adopt changes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in agile working sessions with Transportation, Compliance, FC Ops, and vendor partners; capture actions and drive follow-ups.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Present weekly progress and a final read-out to leadership.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear, concise business language.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: A self-starter who can effectively manage tasks, ask insightful questions, and iterate based on feedback.

What You’ll Gain

  • Collaborative Skills: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners (carriers, brokers, vendors).
  • Tangible Portfolio: A portfolio of valuable artifacts (e.g., dashboards, SOPs, playbooks) demonstrating measurable impact.

Program & Manager Expectations

The manager is committed to providing clear direction, a full-time workload (~40 hrs/week), structured feedback, and alignment on an in-person, hybrid, or remote schedule. The department funds payroll for this role.

Compensation
