What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Processing: Support daily logistics operations by accurately processing customer orders, ensuring the precision of order entry, scheduling, and fulfillment to maintain smooth workflow.
• Customer Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates on order status and shipments, and facilitating the effective resolution of issues to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate proactively with internal production, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure efficient and on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Shipment Monitoring: Continuously monitor and track all shipments, proactively identifying and addressing any delays or discrepancies to safeguard supply chain performance.
• Data Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for all logistics activities, and assist in reporting on key performance metrics such as delivery performance and overall customer service levels.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with an interest or foundational experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service operations.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel.
• Skills: Strong communication and customer service abilities, organizational skills, detail-orientation, and a problem-solving mindset. English proficiency.
