About the Role
The Livestock Marketing Intern’s primary objective will be to learn all aspects of Sandhills products and services, and to focus on new market development within the livestock industry, with the goal of building solid relationships with members of the industries we serve.
What You’ll Do
• Contact sellers within the livestock industry and educate them on our products and services
• Explain our websites and on how to enter their own information
• Enter listings for sellers
• Handle in-bound and outbound customer calls and email communications
• Gather information on shows and meetings in the industry
• Research the livestock industry and the proper way to list the information on our site
• Provide feedback from the industry
• Focus heavily on customer service and sales
• Assist in the implementation of a variety of tasks
• Work as a team to help assure the success of the websites and publications
• Assume other duties as assigned

Role Highlights & Compensation
• Paid at $20/hour
