• Team: LIVE Operations or LIVE Agency Management teams within TikTok LIVE.
• Mission: Support the growth and operational efficiency of TikTok LIVE’s creator and agency ecosystem.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboard Agencies: Facilitate the onboarding process for new agency partners by assisting with document verification.
• Track Leads: Maintain and manage databases for lead tracking throughout the agency development funnel.
• Coordinate Communication: Organize all communications with potential new agency leads to ensure smooth engagement.
• Drive Growth: Aid in the execution of TikTok LIVE’s agency growth strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and creator enablement.
• Manage Operations: Support daily operational tasks with agency points of contact to advance key business initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Experience: Ability to commit to working a full 12-week duration during Summer 2026, with several start dates available from May 11th to June 22nd. Demonstrated interest or direct experience in the creator economy, including content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and identify actionable insights; Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders; A proactive approach to learning, coupled with a passion for digital platforms and creator ecosystems; A team-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and high accountability in all tasks.
• Bonus: A genuine passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and the broader digital culture; Experience as a creative problem-solver employing a strategic mindset; Familiarity with various live streaming platforms and their current trends.
