The Tone:

• Pay: $84000–$110200 yearly
• Team: Leads a functional area team within the Packaging Department, contributing to the site’s operations manager group.
• Mission: Leads and coaches packaging operations to achieve high performance, drive change, and continually improve plant and process operations to World Class Standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead & Coach Teams: Lead and coach operations within a functional area, applying robust people management practices, building team capability, identifying talent needs, and fostering effective communication.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead departmental operations in a packaging format (Bottle, Can, or Keg) towards a high-performance team culture, driving change management initiatives for continuous improvement to World Class Operations Standards.
• Ensure Safety & Quality: Build and maintain comprehensive plans and standards specifically focused on safety and quality within the functional area.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and lead the execution of Line 90-Day Plans to address losses, build team capability, and ensure the delivery of departmental KPIs.
• Optimize Processes & Manage Waste: Develop, monitor, and embed systems and processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and delivery by systematically removing all forms of waste, while owning Planned Stop Execution and reviewing Line Master Plans monthly.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial role with 3+ years of experience supervising in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Experience: Proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing setting, with demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives.
• Skills: People leadership and development, complex project execution, urgent decision-making, relationship management, strategic problem solving and planning.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Science, or Business.
