What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Help manage employee lifecycle initiatives and projects by completing assigned tasks, coordinating workstreams, and tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate: Liaise with HR teams like HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits to support initiatives, communicate updates, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
• Maintain: Enter, update, validate, and maintain employee lifecycle data across HRIS and related systems, identifying and correcting basic discrepancies.
• Prepare: Compile lifecycle information from systems and reporting tools, then create basic reports, tables, summaries, and leadership materials using Excel and other tools.
• Document: Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process guides, and job aids, while also identifying documentation gaps and improvement opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, data support, administration, or a related environment.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, foundational analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Internship experience or exposure to HR systems, employee data, analytics, or reporting is preferred, along with an interest in learning and building solutions using low-code technologies and automation tools.
